Career Biography

Philipp Kronenbitter began his career at the international law firm White & Case, where he specialized in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions, advising corporates and financial institutions on corporate finance matters. Over the course of five years, he developed significant expertise in the structuring and execution of DCM transactions. He also completed a several-month secondment with Deutsche Bank.

In 2022, he joined Mercedes-Benz Bank. In his current role, Philipp advises on matters of financial supervisory law and insurance law and is regularly involved in structural projects within the organization.

Most recently, Philipp and the Mercedes-Benz Bank legal team have been closely involved in a major MB group-wide project, providing expert guidance on the application of financial supervisory law.
