As head of Aquila Capital’s Product Legal team, Max is responsible for the structuring and launching of Aquila Capital’s alternative investment funds for both institutional and retail investors.

Significant recent transactions include the structuring and launch of AC One Planet, the first retail AIF brought to market under the new ELTIF 2.0 regulation, which received the Scope Award in the Private Markets – Infrastructure category, the structuring and launch of Aquila Capital’s Southern European Logistics Fund, which achieved a successful first close of over €300 m., as well as a €200 m. top-up mandate from a top-tier European pension fund focused on hydropower assets.
