Dr. Jens Philip Stenmans serves as Legal Director DACH and Syndikusrechtsanwalt (in-house counsel) at REDEVCO Services Deutschland GmbH, where he has been instrumental in shaping the legal function since 2018. In this role, he advises on complex real estate transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters, ensuring strategic legal alignment across the German speaking markets. His work is characterised by pragmatic problem-solving and a strong focus on enabling commercially sound decision-making in a rapidly evolving real estate environment.

Jens began his career at Hogan Lovells International LLP in Düsseldorf in the Real Estate practice. His legal foundation was broadened through earlier experience in tax, finance, and public law, including a secondment at Hogan Lovells US LLP in New York. These international and interdisciplinary insights continue to shape his advisory approach.

He studied law at the University of Münster, completing both state examinations, and earned his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Joachim Englisch with a dissertation on the inapplicability of national legal provisions due to conflicts with EU law. Alongside his academic work, Jens gained diverse practical experience through placements with courts, public authorities, and law enforcement.
