Career Biography

Christopher Menard has been General Counsel of Enedis since 2019 and Secretary of the Supervisory Board since 2022.

After completing advanced studies in public law, he has spent his entire career in the energy sector — first within the Legal Department of Dalkia for six years, then within the Legal Department of ERDF, which became “Enedis” in 2016.

Enedis is the operator of the electricity distribution network covering 95% of metropolitan France.

Menard is also President of the French Energy Law Association and a member of the Cercle Montesquieu.
