Career biography

After beginning his career in the oil industry as a lawyer at Esso from 1995 to 1998, Aymar de Franqueville joined the Kering Group (formerly PPR) as Legal Director of La Redoute. In 2006, he moved to Adeo, the French holding company that owns DIY brands such as Leroy Merlin and Weldom, where he served as Legal Director.

In 2013, he left the retail sector to become Legal and Compliance Director for the Adecco Group in France, later taking on the role of SVP Legal and Compliance for The Adecco Group in France and globally.

He holds a DESS in Business Law from the University of Paris-Sud and a degree in Comparative International Law from the University of San Diego. He also attended ESCP Business School, the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre, and IMD Business School.
