Tanguy Queinnec is the Legal Director of the CBRE Group in France, a global leader in commercial real estate.
Specialising in real estate law, he has spent 30 years advising on construction projects, urban planning, lease agreements, property sales, and also provides guidance to professionals working in valuation, asset management, and property management.
He began his career at a legal protection company (GEMA Group), where he was responsible for disputes relating to construction law, urban planning, and neighbourly conflicts. He then spent five years in the Legal Department of the Fnaim Grand Paris Chamber.
He has co-led courses on real estate investment as part of the Master’s programme in “Real Estate Sciences” at Paris Ouest-Nanterre La Défense University and has been teaching commercial lease law since 2002 to students in the Master’s programme in Real Estate Engineering at Paris-Est Créteil University.
He was awarded the Gold Trophy for Law in the category “Legal Department France,” a distinction presented by Leaders League/Décideur magazine in November 2017.
As a Chartered Surveyor, he co-authored a book entitled Réussir une vente immobilière, published by Éditions 64.
