Joyce is an experienced Governance, Legal and Compliance professional with diverse work experience in organisations in the Insurance/Financial Services Sector, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and in Law practice. She has been involved in Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, and in setting up Governance Framework for Companies Listed in the Nairobi, Uganda and Dar Es Salaam Securities Exchanges. Joyce is a master’s level graduate and a professional with a record of excellence. She is a Certified Governance Auditor, Certified Public Secretary, Certified Professional Mediator and an accredited Legal and Compliance Auditor. She has been involved in handling complex legal transactions and in navigating huge commercial legal disputes.
