What measures has your company taken to embed sustainability practices into its core business operations, and how does the role of the general counsel contribute to driving and ensuring sustainable practices within the company?
Tryg has an active sustainability position, taking sustainability into account in our strategy and setting sustainability targets. I am involved in supporting this strategy and am also a member of Tryg’s sustainability board.
What emerging technologies do you see as having the most significant impact on the legal profession in the near future, and how do you stay updated on these developments?
AI and further digitalisation of the area. We are closely monitoring and looking into AI and other digitalisation tools.

Diversity is at the core of our way of leading and recruiting at Tryg.
In your opinion, what are the main trends that are salient in your country currently (these can be legal, political, economic, or business-based)?
Focus on geopolitics, defence, and share market turbulence.
