Operating out of San Salvador, Banco Agrícola provide banking and finance services to its customers in the personal and business spheres and is a proud Salvadorian business. The legal team at the Bank is led by general counsel for the North and Central America area and Colombia Dionisio Machuca. Machuca, who was recognised in the GC Powerlist: Central America in 2016, has accrued approximately three years of experience managing the team. Since Machuca’s arrival, the team has been involved in the opening of a new $55m operations centre for Banco Agrícola with Machuca providing training courses covering general management skills, ethics and innovative design thinking. The leadership and ability of Machuca is in tandem with the outstanding support provided by others members of the team including legal manager Lily Rivas and corporate legal counsel Silvia Fuentes.
