As the head of legal business development M&A and regulation, Anne-Bérangère Sudraud reports to the director of legal, strategy, regulation and public affairs of Engie Benelux.
She possesses strong leadership capabilities of leading with strong legal expertise on high profile business developments and M&A matters. She also serves as a deputy ethics and compliance officer and deals with all relevant legal and regulatory developments.
Before joining ENGIE, she had a stint as a legal counsel at Total Petrochemicals where she advised the petrochemical business on the legal aspects of its operations.
