Career Biography

Laurent Stalens is an experienced legal and tax professional with over 30 years of expertise in real estate, corporate governance, and strategic advisory. He has a proven track record in leadership roles, including General Counsel and Executive Committee and Board Member positions. Laurent possesses strong capabilities in structuring complex transactions with good knowledge of the operational and financial aspects, managing multidisciplinary teams. He is recognised for pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches and deep knowledge of both direct and indirect real estate markets.

He has a Law Degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Solvay Business School (Université Libre de Bruxelles).
