Career Biography

Kathryn Ho joined Chevron in 2004 after a private practice career with Wong Partnership and Ashurst, working as a corporate counsel for a decade before being made supervising counsel in early 2014. From then on, her progress through the legal team was swift, seeing her promoted to senior managing counsel in mid-2015 and then finally general counsel in January 2018. Currently, she is responsible for the legal services to Chevron’s downstream and chemicals businesses in Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa, with her performance in the role being particularly noted by nominating sources. The scope of work managed by Kathryn and her team includes transactions, joint ventures, capital projects, litigation, investigations, incident response, energy transition, as well as a myriad of corporate and commercial agreements and issues.
