During her career, Temiloluwa has acted directly for private equity funds, institutional investors, development finance institutions and venture capital firms, leading legal due diligence, investment structuring, regulatory navigation, and transaction execution across a diverse range of sectors.

Temiloluwa currently serves as Legal Consultant to the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy on Project Bridge, a US$2 billion flagship national infrastructure initiative to deploy a 90,000 km fibre optic network across Nigeria, forming a critical pillar of the country’s digital transformation and connectivity agenda. In this role, she provides legal advisory support on all aspects of the project, including SPV structuring, regulatory design, and governance setup. She also contributes more broadly to project implementation, offering support across workstreams. Previously, she led the legal function as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Babban Gona, an agri-tech company that provides end to end support to smallholder farmers to enable them to become more profitable and environmentally sustainable.

Earlier in her career, Temiloluwa was a Managing Associate at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, advising leading private equity firms and multinational clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, exits, and corporate governance. She also gained international experience at Latham & Watkins in London, where she advised on major pan-African investments such as African Capital Alliance’s investment in the West Indian Ocean Cable Company (WIOCC), advancing regional connectivity and infrastructure. Temiloluwa’s cross-border transaction experience includes leading counsel coordination across multiple African markets, Europe, and the United States, with a proven ability to balance international best practices with local market realities. She is highly skilled at structuring Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), negotiating investor protections, and facilitating investor exits.

Temiloluwa is deeply passionate about education and equipping young people with the skills, exposure and support required to thrive in the workplace. As the Founder of the Student Development Centre (SDC), she leads initiatives focused on strengthening the link between education and employment, delivering structured training, mentorship, career guidance and professional development programmes for students and early-career professionals.

An alumna of the London School of Economics and holding a business certificate from Harvard Business School, Temiloluwa complements her professional work with leadership roles within the Nigerian Bar Association, including serving as Secretary of the 2023 NBA-SBL Conference Planning Committee and Chair of the Sponsorships and Benefits Committee (2024, 2025 & 2026).
