Anwar Fayad is a senior legal and compliance professional with over 23 years of experience across investment banking, real estate, and corporate law in the Middle East and internationally. He is with Kamco Invest since early 2011 and currently the Executive Director of Legal Affairs & Compliance at Kamco Invest -Kuwait, a KIPCO Group company managing over US$16bn in assets.

Anwar has led and participated in major transactions including mergers and acquisitions, US$ multimillions purchase of international real estate assets across UK, USA and Europe. In addition, worked on large-scale debt instruments issuances for leading financial institutions in Kuwait and the region. Prior to joining Kamco Invest, his experience also includes working on landmark real estate projects in Saudi Arabia with one of the top tier real estate development companies in the Kingdom, and hospitality acquisitions across MENA. He is also recognized for delivering strategic legal and compliance solutions that enable business growth, manage risks, and ensure regulatory integrity across complex, cross-border transactions.
