What are the most significant cases, projects and/or transactions that you and/or your legal team have recently been involved in?
Over the past year, our legal department has been actively involved in one of the company’s most strategic transformations – the rebranding and repositioning under the Plenitude brand.
Beyond a name change, this required a full review of our contractual, corporate and governance frameworks. The Legal team contributed at every stage, ensuring compliance, alignment and operational continuity. It clearly demonstrated the department’s ability to act as a genuine partner and enabler of transformation, not merely a control function.
How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crisis to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
In periods of uncertainty, I believe resilience comes from coherence rather than control. Our approach is to anticipate rather than react, and to maintain clarity in decisions, communication and priorities.
By providing structure and perspective, the Legal function allows the organisation to remain agile without compromising integrity – turning legal into a stabilising force in times of change.
What strategies do you employ to ensure the successful digital transformation of a legal department while maintaining compliance with your country’s data protection laws?
A successful digital transformation of a legal department is first and foremost a matter of balance — aligning innovation with strict compliance.
At Plenitude, we ensure this alignment by embedding data protection into every stage of our digital projects. All initiatives are conducted in accordance with the Group’s MSG privacy framework, which governs access rights, authorisations and data traceability.
We systematically train our teams on data protection principles, and when introducing new digital tools, we secure compliance through precise contractual clauses reflecting the Group’s privacy standards.
This approach allows us to innovate confidently, ensuring that technology strengthens — rather than compromises — trust and integrity.
