Career Biography

With nearly fifteen years of combined experience in private practice and in-house, including six within a leading global FMCG group, I have built my career as a strategic General Counsel who bridges legal excellence and business impact. I specialise in economic and competition law and have led legal functions in complex, regulated, and multicultural environments.

Since 2021, I have served as General Counsel France & Iberia at General Mills and as a member of the Leadership Team. I transformed the legal function post-restructuring, redefining governance, compliance, and external counsel strategy to embed the department as a true business partner.

Recognised for my leadership impact, I received the Engaging Leader Award 2022 for managerial excellence and team influence. As leader of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for France and Iberia, I have promoted initiatives around disability inclusion, gender equality, and intercultural collaboration. Mentoring emerging talent has also been central to my leadership approach.

Previously, I practiced law at Gide Loyrette Nouel and Deprez Guignot Associés, advising major clients in distribution, consumer, and competition law, with particular exposure to food, cosmetics, and medical device industries.

An LL.M. graduate in Competition Law from King’s College London and member of the French Bar, I was named to the Legal 500 GC Powerlist France 2024, recognition of a career grounded in strategic insight, inclusive leadership, and a clear vision of the legal function as a driver of sustainable business transformation.
