Manchester based Partner, Kerren specialises in employment law, with particular interest in strategic employment law advice including executive terminations, advice Boards, restructures, high profile and sensitive matters, changes to terms and conditions, acquisitions and mergers and collective issues.

Given her proven track record (she previously set up and led a successful employment team in Leeds) she was recruited by Browne Jacobson LLP to set up an employment team in our growing Manchester office. 

She has extensive experience in working with and managing clients nationally across the UK and she has received media acclaim for her advocacy on behalf of clients in the employment tribunals.

The vast majority of Kerren’s work is managing the work for large clients, including the supervision of their dedicated teams, and dealing with sensitive issues for boards of directors, governors, trustees and senior management teams.

Dai Durbridge, who leads the wider education team on safeguarding issues and heads the Manchester team, is a ‘consummate professional who goes to the upmost lengths to provide professional support, sometimes in the most difficult of circumstances’.
