Sian is a Senior Associate in the Nottingham NHS Resolution team.  She specialises in advising NHS Resolution and Trusts on clinical negligence claims.

Sian has previous experience working with NHS Trusts to improve patient safety. She leads on NHS Resolution’s Early Notification Scheme aimed at improving safety in maternity care through the early investigation of maternity incidents where babies are born with a potentially severe brain injury.
