Position

Tom is an Education specialist and is primarily concerned with the Academy sector with a particular focus on corporate and commercial legal advice.

Tom has extensive experience in advising Trusts on conversions, mergers and transfers and has managed a number of very high profile and complex re-brokerages on behalf of distressed Trusts.

Through his involvement as a trustee of a multi academy trust Tom has developed a keen interest in governance and regularly advises Trusts on related issues such as articles of association, schemes of delegation and funding agreements.
