Career

Helen is a senior associate in our corporate real estate team, specialising in real estate transactional work in the health and social care sector. Helen has over 10 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of property matters and acts for clients in both the public and private sector.

Having a previous background in residential property work in her early career, then moving into a commercial role with Browne Jacobson, Helen has a breadth of knowledge on all types of property law, and this is particularly valuable to our clients who are entering into commercial transactions involving mixed use developments including both commercial and residential property, as well as corporate clients acquiring companies with a mix of real estate assets.

Helen specialises in health work and regularly advises on transactions involving the provision of care services including supported living, retirement living, residential care homes and properties to be used for individuals transitioning away from the care system. Similarly, Helen’s blended approach to property transactional work is also of value to our public sector health clients. For example, Helen recently advised an NHS Trust on letting accommodation to their staff members.
