Position

Paul is the head of the team and is a highly regarded and very experienced banking lawyer based across Browne Jacobson’s Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester offices.

He advises UK and international corporate borrowers, banks and other lenders on bilateral and syndicated finance transactions, refinancings, restructures/turnarounds, acquisition and development finance, investment finance, debt purchase, asset based lending and general matters.

Paul is recognised as a leading individual in the current Chambers Directory and Legal 500 Directory and advises on funding transactions in the private and public sector. He leads the Browne Jacobson Homes England Investments team (a panel appointment acting for the lending division of the Homes & Communities Agency funding residential housing developments which has led to a strong stream of income for the Browne Jacobson banking & finance, property and construction teams).
