Dominic is a general commercial property lawyer with ten years’ experience acting for some of the biggest property names both in the north west and nationally.

He is known for acting for the developer on the Omega development at Warrington, negotiating pre lets for 1.6 million square feet of logistics and distribution space occupied by Hermes Parcelnet, Brakes and Travis Perkins and their subsequent forward sale to institutional funds.

Dominic’s clients include the Homes and Communities Agency, YHA England and Wales (for whom he advises on all strategic property matters) and education sector bodies
