In 2019, Mark led a number of transactions for long standing client SDL Property Services Group, advised Apiary Capital on its acquisition of G3, acted for the founders on the disposal of Scarsdale Vets to IVC, advised Littlefish on its investment by LDC, and acted for Belvoir Lettings plc on a number of transactions.
