Boutique firm BOKWALL RISLUND fields a team of 'specialists in their fields'; the practice advises on legal tenders, provides contractual support and handles procurement-related litigation. Newly promoted partner Lina Håkansson Kjellén represented Fujitsu before the Administrative Court of Appeal in proceedings brought by a competitor challenging a procurement contract awarded to the client by the City of Stockholm to deliver digital workplace services and its service desk solution. Carl Bokwall 'has outstanding knowledge about public procurement and is very creative and business-minded', and Per-Owe Arfwedson is praised for providing 'fast and hands-on advice'.

The team at Advokatfirman Cederquist KB 'is able to use its knowledge of the law to create significant commercial value for its clients'. Led by Mikael Engström, who gives 'sharp and straightforward answers to difficult questions', the practice handles the full spectrum of procurement issues; Engström successfully advised Studentwork on its bid in Ellevio’s procurement process for staffing consultancy services. Associate Peter Riiga has 'a broad business perspective'.

Cirio Advokatbyr√• AB¬†fields a team of experienced lawyers, who specialise in the full spectrum of public procurement mandates. Eva-Maj M√ľhlenbock¬†'always has¬†advice on how to handle challenging situations', Olof Hallberg¬†regularly represents public entities in appeals and damages disputes, and Ulrica Salomon¬†is experienced in state aid matters. In a recent highlight for Setterwalls' group, Ulf Djurberg advised Stockholm County Council on the procurement of a core digital system for the health care organisations in the county. It also has significant expertise representing its clients before the national courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Martin Levinsohn and Sophia Spala are also names to note.

The clients of Advokatfirman Vinge praise its 'knowledge and personal engagement'; the department assists on all elements of the procurement process and works closely with the firm's M&A group. Associate Jerker Alm successfully represented Hafslund in a review case against the municipality of Kalmar relating to the procurement of electricity services.
