Foyen represents Autoadapt AB in the acquisition of Martech

The Foyen Law Firm represented Autoadapt AB and its subsidiary Unwin in the acquisition of the Danish company, Martech, Kliplev A/S.

Autoadapt is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of car adaptation solutions for individuals with reduced or limited mobility. The company’s subsidiary, Unwin, delivers complete safety solutions for wheelchairs which maximize accessibility for everyone. Martech is renowned for its high-technology floor system made of aluminum, "Spacefloor". The acquisition of Martech will enable Unwin to meet the demand for a broader range of products and increased product capacity.
