Jörn Brockhuis entered on the list of recommended arbitrators
Under a Resolution of the Arbitration Council dated 21 December 2020, Jörn Brockhuis, Partner at BSJP law firm, has been entered on the list of recommended arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw for 2021-2024.
Another success of BSJP in the Court of Appeal
In November 2020, a final and binding judgment of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw was passed, awarding BSJP’s client over PLN 2 million from the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (“GDDKiA”) as remuneration for design works on the S2 expressway – Warsaw’s Southern Ring Road.
