Slussgården sells the property Lammet 17 located at Korgmakargränd 2-6, Bryggargatan 4 and Gamla Brogatan 13, a short distance from Drottninggatan and Kungsgatan. Slussgården acquired the property during the summer of 2014 from Fabege.
During the spring, an intensive sales process has taken place with a large number of stakeholders with TRIUVA as final buyer. The sale is part of Slussgårdens strategy to develop the properties at Södermalm and Snäckan 8 located at Tegelbacken.
"We have had a very good dialogue with the buyer TRIUVA throughout the hearing and are very confident that our tenants in Lammet will be in good hands," says Jari Lalli, CEO at Slussgården.
Catella and Foyen have been advisors to Slussgården at the sale. Slussgården owns several properties at Slussen and acquired the property Snäckan 8 at Tegelbacken from Skanska in November 2016.
Foyen assisted Slussgården in the transaction through partner Henrik Ståhlberg.
