Press release 29th of August 2017

Foyen Law Firm has recruited procurement manager Johanna Hellström from Alingsås Municipality. Johanna joins the law firm's Public and Construction business sectors, writes Foyen in a press release.

Johanna comes most recently from Alingsås Municipality where she worked as a procurement manager for two and a half years in charge of the municipality's procurement activities and with personnel responsibility for five employees. As procurement manager, Johanna has had a role as a coordinator and strategist that involved decision support for the municipal leadership with respect to various legal issues and responsibility for training in procurement, both internally within the municipality and externally directed towards the business community.

– I sought employment with Foyen because the law firm specialises, among other things, in public procurement and has a very credible position on the market, with some of Sweden's leading construction lawyers. I am looking forward to a rich exchange of experiences and to jointly developing the law firm, says Johanna Hellström.

Johanna's legal background also includes several years of work at the Glimstedt Law Firm, where she focused on public procurement, insolvency and dispute resolution. Prior to her work at Glimstedt, she worked with procurement for the City of Borås. Johanna started her position at Foyen on August 14th.

– Johanna has a solid background in public procurement. Her experience and skills further strengthen our commitment to becoming Sweden's largest business law firm in project and technology-related law, says Foyen CEO Linnéa Djursén.

Foyen has also recently recruited associates Erik Jagbrant and Esmeralda Eberhardson to the Public and Construction business sectors, associate Cecilia Carlson to the Commercial and Construction business sectors, associate Rebecka Flick to the Real Estate and Environmental Law business sectors, and paralegal Marianne Riquelme.
