Mannheimer Swartling handles large insolvencies, financial restructurings, distressed M&A and related disputes. André Andersson advised private equity house Triton on acquisitions from bankruptcy estates, and ‘understands the dynamics between difference stakeholders in an insolvency’.

The ‘commercial’ Fredrik Rydin at Roschier specialises in debt restructurings and workouts. The 30-lawyer team acts for numerous banks, and also advised multinational Arctic Paper on restructuring and refinancing matters; and Digital Vision on a capital injection.
