TM & Partners has assisted Nordr in connection with the sale of a prime residential property project located in Gothenburg to Realy Bostad.The residential project includes 76 newly produced rental apartments to be completed by Nordr during the spring.
The project represents the last rental apartments to be completed in this area, in line with the comprehensive plan that has included the development of 1,100 new apartments and the renovation of existing stock, helping to enhance the attractiveness of the area.
