TM & Partners has advised Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in connection to four separate acquisitions of grocery retail properties to an aggregate value of MSEK 256. One of the acquisitions concerned a portfolio divested by Castellum comprising several properties located in Halmstad, Alingsås, Västerås and Uddevalla. The other three were off-market transactions negotiated through direct dialogue with the respective sellers.

At Hornsgatan 20 in Stockholm, Slussgården has built another floor on the Överkikaren's current 12-storey block. The extension will provide space for a restaurant on the roof with a large associated terrace. The tenant of the restaurant and the roof terrace is Stureplansgruppen, which thus is opening its first restaurant on Södermalm in Stockholm. The restaurant will be named Freyja and will open on March 13, 2023.

OBOS and Veidekke become partners in the residential area Wendelstrand, right by Landvettersjön in Härryda municipality, 15 minutes from central Gothenburg. The seller is Next Step Group where OBOS and Veidekke acquire 19,500 gross area to build around 200 residential units. Within the residential area, the intention is to build both residential units for families and residential units for single persons in an area in the Gothenburg region that is close to both nature, services and the city.

The asset has a total capacity of 24 MW and is located in the southwest of Sweden. Seller was a vehicle managed by Prime Capital AG. The wind farm generates sufficient electricity to power the equivalent of 22,500 European households per year.

JM AB and OBOS Kärnhem Bostadsproduktion AB have, through a 50/50 joint venture company, acquired a large property in Lund (Lyckebacken 5), which in a future detailed development plan will enable the de-velopment of a total of approximately 2,500 residential units including commercial premises. The purchase price amounts to a total of approximately SEK 725 million. The purchase is one of the largest development right transactions in Sweden this year.

The swap deal includes that Westerlinds acquires the property Köpmannen 10 in the center of Härnösand from Arwidsro. Arwidsro in turn acquires the property Fyrvaktaren 19 in Härnösand from Westerlinds, on which Westerlinds recently signed a new lease with the tenant Kustbevakningen with an initial lease term of 15 years and with a total area of approximately 1,745 sqm. The acquisition of Fyrvaktaren 19 corresponds to an agreed property value of SEK 89.5 million.
