TM & Partners has advised FUUD AB (publ) in connection with a rights issue of units, consisting of shares and warrants, and a directed convertible issue. Through the rights issue, the company initially receives approximately SEK 63.6 million before deduction of issue costs, and through the directed convertible issue, the company receives approximately SEK 23 million.

TM & Partners has advised a joint venture company owned by Obos and JM in one of the largest development right transactions in Sweden this year

JM AB and OBOS Kärnhem Bostadsproduktion AB have, through a 50/50 joint venture company, acquired a large property in Lund (Lyckebacken 5), which in a future detailed development plan will enable the de-velopment of a total of approximately 2,500 residential units including commercial premises. The purchase price amounts to a total of approximately SEK 725 million. The purchase is one of the largest development right transactions in Sweden this year.

TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro Fastighets AB in connection with a swap deal with Westerlinds in Härnösand. The swap deal includes that Westerlinds acquires the property Köpmannen 10 in the center of Härnösand from Arwidsro. Arwidsro in turn acquires the property Fyrvaktaren 19 in Härnösand from Westerlinds, on which Westerlinds recently signed a new lease with the tenant Kustbevakningen with an initial lease term of 15 years and with a total area of approximately 1,745 sqm. The acquisition of Fyrvaktaren 19 corresponds to an agreed property value of SEK 89.5 million.

TM & Partners has advised Östanå Real Estate in connection to their forward commitment divestment of a development project located in Strängnäs and several other project properties located in Strängnäs and Norrtälje, as well as the acquisition of four project properties located in Strängnäs. TM & Partners has advised Serendipity’s property company, S. Property Group, in connection with the purchase of an urban development project in Brobyholm, in the municipality of Strängnäs, from Åkers Krutbruk Fastigheter, and sale of parts of the project to Obos, Aros Bostad and Vernum. The urban development project includes 100,000 sq. m. where 500 residential units, preschool premises, elderly homes, and a visitor center will be located.
