Ulf Skorup and Tomas Underskog successfully represented Stockholms Hamn in the Environmental Court of Appeal regarding environmental permit procedures for Stockholm Harbour. Underskog represented the Swedish Civil Aviation Administration regarding environmental permit procedures for Åre Östersund Airport. Mårten Bengtsson advises clients on waste disposal issues. The firm recently recruited Stefan Rubenson from the Ministry of Environment.

Environment law boutique Alrutz’ Advokatbyrå AB’s Louis Vasseur, Owe Björk and Thomas Carlberg assist with permissions for environmentally hazardous activities and other regulated activities. Clients include plant owners and operators and public authorities.
