Inclusiveness

Historically, law firms don’t have the best reputation when it comes to diversity and inclusion. But, finally, after years of tackling the issue head on, law firm workforces are becoming more diverse. Regardless of colour, educational background or gender, the most important thing should be how good you are at your job. There’s a long way to go yet and some firms are undoubtedly better than others, but trainees at these Future Lawyers Winner firms feel like part of the team.
