Nicolas Mosimann is the Managing Partner of Kellerhals Carrard’s Basel office and a trusted advisor to companies and investors in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors. His practice focuses on complex transactional and corporate matters, including M&A, financing rounds, licensing agreements, research collaborations, and commercial law. As co-head of Kellerhals Carrard’s Life Sciences Practice Group, Nicolas combines in-depth legal knowledge with a nuanced understanding of the regulatory and business challenges faced by clients in these highly innovative industries.
Drawing on significant industry experience as General Counsel of MoonLake Immunotherapeutics (Nasdaq: MLTX) and as a board member of pharmaceutical and software companies, Nicolas provides clients with actionable insights that bridge the gap between legal strategy and business success.
