Dr. Christoph Zimmerli has made a name for himself as a business-oriented and innovative attorney in corporate law (M&A transactions, succession planning, structuring, corporate governance) and in contract law (cooperations, investments, joint ventures, business developments at home and abroad).

As a recognized expert in employment and personnel law (certified specialist in labor law (SAV), co-head of the Labor Law Group and managing director of BERNER ARBEITGEBER (Bern Employers), including collective labor law, permit law and occupational benefits, he also advises and represents our clients in an international context.

Due to his proven specialist knowledge in health law / life sciences and his broad network (as a member of the board of directors of hospitals, member of the cantonal health commission), he is a sought-after point of contact in the healthcare sector.
