About
Alexandre Gachet has extensive experience in advising start-ups, investors and SMEs. His main areas of expertise are fundraising and employee incentive. He runs numerous seminars and workshops in these fields, notably as part of the training courses organized by InnoSuisse.
He is one of the co-founder of Seed Up SA, the platform dedicated to early-stage start-ups.
Alexandre Gachet also has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and liquidation. In particular, he heads the legal and operational liquidation activities of Banque Privée Espírito Santo SA in liquidation, and acts as director of Carrard Consulting SA, a subsidiary of the firm offering restructuring and liquidation services to companies, as well as fiduciary services.
