Virginie Rodieux advises and assists her clients in the field of intellectual property, life sciences, contracts, and corporate law.

Her practice areas include technology transfer contracts and other contracts relating to intellectual property and/or life sciences (licensing agreements, R&D contracts, clinical trial contracts), social media, and copyright and trademark protection and exploitation.
