Virginie Rodieux advises and assists her clients in the field of intellectual property, life sciences, contracts, and corporate law.

Her practice areas include technology transfer contracts and other contracts relating to intellectual property and/or life sciences (licensing agreements, R&D contracts, clinical trial contracts), social media, and copyright and trademark protection and exploitation. She is regularly involved in commercial transactions (business acquisitions or asset transfers), particularly those involving substantial intangible assets (trademarks, patents, domain names). Virginie Rodieux also has a strong background in data protection law.
