Peter Schatz heads the litigation department at Kellerhals Carrard Zurich. He has broad experience in litigation of all kinds, in particular in commercial law, contract law, liability law, professional liability law, product liability law, trust law, art law, inheritance law, banking law, in fraud cases or in proceedings relating to bankruptcy, attachment and seizure of assets. His practice includes cases before national and international arbitration courts and before the state courts of all German-speaking cantons. In addition, he regularly organizes representation, instruction and communication with local trial lawyers abroad for Swiss clients, especially in the Anglo-American region.
