Daniel Emch specializes in the areas of antitrust law, competition law and corporate law as well as general commercial and contract law. Daniel Emch is the head of our specialist team for antitrust and competition law. He represents clients in proceedings before the competition commission, the civil courts, the price regulator, and sector-specific regulatory authorities. He also provides antitrust advice and training. He is a part-time judge for antitrust law at the Commercial Court of the Canton of Bern.
