About

Mario Marti is Managing Partner of the Bern & Gstaad office of Kellerhals Carrard.

Mario Marti has extensive experience in general commercial law. He advises clients in all areas of contract law, competition law and IT law (including social media), labor law and corporate law. In addition to his general consulting expertise, Mario Marti specializes in private construction law where, thanks to his role as Managing Director of the Swiss Association of Consulting Engineers suisse.ing, he can draw on a broad network within the Swiss construction industry as well as extensive experience in complex transactions and disputes. He regularly holds lectures in the areas of private construction law and procurement law and participates in legislative projects as well as the drafting of basic contractual papers and similar. He also has experience in international construction law, specifically with FIDIC contracts, and advises domestic and foreign clients on major international projects. Mario Marti is a member of the board of Bauen Digital Switzerland and actively deals with the legal aspects of digitalization in the construction sector (Building Information Modeling/BIM, 3D printing, robotics, etc.). Mario Marti also takes a keen interest in all aspects of sustainability in the construction sector and public procurement. As a further specialty, Mario Marti supports non-profit organizations, particularly in matters of corporate governance, as well as in the field of fund raising and estate management.
