Ralph is a partner in our Zurich office and advises and represents clients in areas such as distribution law, information and technology law, as well as contract, commercial, and corporate law. Ralph specializes in legal consulting and litigation in the fields of technology and distribution law. He is a lawyer with expertise in data protection law, digitalization and outsourcing, IT contract law and procurement, cloud computing, AI and shared services, telecommunications law, as well as intellectual property law.

In addition, Ralph has extensive experience in distribution law and supply chains. Agency law, franchising, reselling, intermediaries and distributors, exclusive distribution, OEM, sourcing, and contract manufacturing are topics he approaches daily with great enthusiasm. Ralph combines years of business experience with legal expertise, which he gained and deepened as General Counsel and board member of an outsourcing, telecommunications, and cloud provider, as well as a data protection officer and Head of Legal Contracting & Technology Switzerland for a major Swiss bank, and now as a lawyer and partner at Kellerhals Carrard.
