About

He has many years of experience in clarifying and resolving national and international disputes in various sectors and legal fields. He frequently acts in disputes in the areas of contract, property and company law, IP/IT as well as banking and financial market law. As a full professor at the University of Lucerne for Private Law, Civil Procedure Law and Insolvency Law, he teaches and publishes regularly on his area of expertise.
