Frédéric Rochat began his career as a business attorney with a leading law firm in New York and London. Since then, he has specialized in medium-sized M&A transactions, particularly in the financial, technology, and real estate sectors.
He also advises companies and investors on financing transactions and was appointed by the FINMA as co-liquidator in the bankruptcy of Banque Privée Espírito Santo.
His clients appreciate his personal involvement and his pragmatic approach to contract negotiation.
