Vincent Jäggi focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, competition law and sports law.

He regularly assists a clientèle composed of private and listed companies, entrepreneurs and institutional players in a wide range of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financing, joint ventures and other partnerships, licensing of intangible assets, as well as corporate governance matters in various sectors, such as the luxury goods industry and the distribution and industrial sectors.

Vincent Jäggi is heavily involved in the world of sports and entertainment. He has developed a significant practice in advising stakeholders in the field of governance and transactions in these areas, in particular with regard to the organization and marketing of rights of well-known sports and cultural events, the representation of athletes and complex strategic partnership transactions in the context of the development of new league and championship formats.
