About
Christoph Jäger is a proven expert in constitutional and administrative law. In this area, he advises clients, represents them in proceedings at all federal and cantonal courts, conducts internal investigations and provides expert opinions. His clients include communities, administrative bodies at all levels of government, other public companies and institutions, as well as private individuals, associations and private companies from all sectors that need support in connection with the government.
Christoph Jäger focuses on public construction law, spatial planning, the environment, energy, public procurement and commercial administrative law. He also has tried-and-tested experience in private construction law and contract law. He is a member of various expert committees, as well as an author and speaker in his specialist areas, and has several teaching assignments, including lecturing at ETH Zurich and the University of Berne.
