Ines Pöschel is an attorney and Of Counsel at Kellerhals Carrard, where she was a partner from 2007 to 2024. Her areas of law include corporate law, M&A, capital and stock exchange law and corporate governance, plus remuneration and employment contract issues at board of director and executive board level. She is also a non-executive member of the board of directors of companies such as dormakaba Holding AG, BELIMO Holding AG, Alcon AG, Reichle Holding AG and Graubündner Kantonalbank. Ms. Pöschel studied at the University of Zurich and continued her studies at Stanford University, Harvard Business School and the University of London. She is on the Advisory Board of the Corporate Governance Center of the University of St. Gallen and of the Federal Commission of Experts for the Commercial Register, and regularly gives lectures at national and international events and universities with a focus on M&A, negotiating techniques, intra company accountability and corporate governance.
