François Kaiser focuses on advising Swiss and international companies, in particular in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, contract law, executive employment law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, investment and financing round agreements, shareholders' agreements and real estate contracts. François Kaiser also provides estate planning services for private clients and family businesses.
