About

François Kaiser focuses on advising Swiss and international companies, in particular in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, contract law, executive employment law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, investment and financing round agreements, shareholders' agreements and real estate contracts. François Kaiser also provides estate planning services for private clients and family businesses. His experience also extends to domestic and international commercial arbitration (Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL, ICC and Ad Hoc) as chairman, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and as counsel in sports law and arbitration before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
