Dr. Marco Balmelli is on the board of directors of several Swiss and international companies, especially larger medium-sized family businesses. He advises on national and international M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate successions. He is an experienced specialist in corporate and real estate law, preferably for advising entrepreneurs and companies; he also serves as a notary.
