Ivo P. Baumgartner advises clients on national and international tax law as well as related legal fields. His practice focuses on corporate tax law (including reorganization/restructuring, takeovers and financing), succession arrangements, group structuring, relocations, real estate transactions and excise duty, including VAT. He also conducts appeal proceedings in this regard.
