Domenic Brand is a specialist in national and international commercial litigation and co-head of the Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on dispute resolution before state courts and arbitration tribunals. His areas of expertise include private construction and real estate law, in particular contract law and tenancy law, as well as general commercial and contract law. Another focus of his practice is the enforcement of international court and arbitral awards and attachment proceedings.
